Terje Rangjord in Norway switched to a Moheda 151 4WD and M81DT crane with crane tip control a year ago. He has already put more than 900 crane hours on it and has loaded more than 20,000 cubic metres in a year, so when he says that he is satisfied and that it has worked well, you can be sure that he has tested the equipment thoroughly and knows what he is talking about.

Moheda cranes combine features such as strength, reach and reliability. The range includes cranes with reaches from 6.5 metres up to 9.4 metres. The design with the lifting cylinder above the lifting arm protects the cylinder and optimises the lifting force. The Moheda crane is stronger the higher you lift! Stable telescopes with large sliding lugs provide extra reach and safe operation. The hose arch keeps hoses in place during operation.

For FTG Moheda’s crane models M81DT and M51T, the crane tip control X-ACT is available as an option.
FTG X-ACT is an intelligent system that takes the control of grapple cranes to a whole new level. All you need to do as an operator is decide whether the crane tip should go up or down, forwards or backwards. FTG X-ACT not only makes crane operation easier, but also relieves operators during long working days, while increasing productivity with superior precision.
